How to Use
To expand or collapse a node, click the 'Show neighbors' option in the top left to deactivate it (on by default) then double click the node of interest or click the submodule or module name in the list view.
To use 'Nearest Neighbors', click any node to see 1 degree connections. If you have deactivated it, please click the 'Show neighbors' button.
To change the number of links used by 'Nearest Neighbors', select the dropdown box located near the feature buttons and choose the desired link degrees shown (1-to-3). To switch the connection degrees while in use, switch the link degrees then click on the central node again.
To use 'Shortest Path', click the button ('Show shortest path') to activate it. After activating you may use either the list or search bar to find the nodes. When using the search bar, do not click the 'X' as this cancels the process.
If you encounter issues, please refresh after pasting the base URL or click this
